Do I need a kit to use the programs?
Yes. Your biomarker data is what powers all three programs. Discovery and Annual kits include the programs for 3 and 12 months respectively. If you buy a Single Kit, you can add any program for $5/month.
How often should I send a kit?
We recommend every 3 months for proper longitudinal tracking. The Annual Plan includes 4 kits automatically shipped each quarter. The minimum cadence for meaningful trajectories is once a year.
What does the Launch Offer include exactly?
The Discovery Kit at $150 is our standard kit (normally $300) plus 3 months of all three optimization programs. It is our way of inviting new members to try TwinMe.
Bracelet V1 vs Watch V2: which should I pick?
Bracelet V1 covers the essentials: heart rate, HRV, sleep, activity. Watch V2 adds clinical-grade sensors (ECG, SpO2) and is built for the Elite Human Optimization program. If you already own a quality wearable, you can connect it instead.
Is cancer screening included?
Cancer screening is currently part of active research in approved jurisdictions, not a commercial service. Every kit gives you priority access to the screening program as it rolls out.
