Full refund within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours and before shipment, the refund is the amount paid less incurred, non-recoverable card, payment, handling, preparation, or other reasonable order-processing costs. No refund once the order or kit has shipped. If a prepaid formula is stopped, kits already shipped are counted at the regular price and the rest is refunded, less those costs. See our refund policy.

How does the kit work?
You receive a kit by mail with 5 DBS cards and a single-use lancet. You collect 5 drops of blood over 5 days, seal the cards in the prepaid envelope, and send them back. Your results appear in your TwinMe portal 3 to 8 weeks after we receive your sample.
Which programs can I choose?
Health Optimization, Weight and Cholesterol Management, Healthspan / Longevity, and Apex Sport Performance are distinct programs. Choose your program first, then choose 1, 4 or 12 kits.
When will my card be charged?
At checkout. We create your order as soon as the payment is confirmed, and ship the kit within 2 business days.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest. We'll send your tracking information by email. You can create an account later with the same email to see your order history and results in the portal.
