How does the kit work?
You receive a kit by mail with 5 DBS cards and a single-use lancet. You collect 5 drops of blood over 5 days, seal the cards in the prepaid envelope, and send them back. Results appear in your TwinMe portal 4 to 6 weeks later.
Which programs can I choose?
Health Optimization, Weight Management, Healthspan / Longevity, and Apex Sport Performance are distinct programs. Choose your program first, then choose the plan cadence that fits it.
When will my card be charged?
At checkout. We create your order as soon as the payment is confirmed, and ship the kit within 2 business days.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest. We'll send your tracking information by email. You can create an account later with the same email to see your order history and results in the portal.
