Men's Edition

One program. Two editions.

Your edition.
Your collection timing.

Women's & Men's Health comes in two editions. You receive the one that matches the sex in your TwinMe profile: 9 Bio-Signatures across 3 pillars, with collection timed to the moment that matters for your hormones.

A woman opens her collection kit on a wooden table by a window; a small luminous figure, her virtual twin, rises from the box.Women's Edition

Collection at the right moment of your cycle.

Your 5 collections take place in the same window of your cycle, about one week before your next period. With period tracking, the TwinMe app shows your collection days and sends a reminder the day before. If your cycle is irregular, you use hormonal birth control or you have gone through menopause, you choose your collection days and the app records your context, so you can compare kits under similar conditions.

Collection in the morning, before 10 a.m.

Your 5 collections take place in the morning, before 10 a.m., soon after waking and with no intense workout the day before. Testosterone follows a daily rhythm and is generally higher in the morning: collecting at the same time of day and at the same interval after waking makes your kits easier to compare.

Bio-Signatures exclusive to BioTwin and TwinMe

The 9 Bio-Signatures
of your edition.

Each one groups biomarkers linked to the same theme. Every list opens with its key molecules, which published studies link to that theme (sources cited under each Bio-Signature), then takes in the measurements and daily-life data that add context. Available results depend on the usable data from each collection.

64 distinct biomarkers · 156 readings

A biomarker may appear in several Bio-Signatures. It counts once among distinct biomarkers and once per Bio-Signature among readings.

A biomarker can contribute to several Bio-Signatures and is not, on its own, a complete reading.

Example reading

What you read
in a Bio-Signature.

Every Bio-Signature follows the same thread: what it brings together, the biomarkers involved, what it does not replace, what puts it in context in your daily life and what your next kit lets you compare.

Educational example drawn from the definition of the Bio-Signature in your edition. No personal result, no score.

Cycle Harmony

Key Hormones · Women's Edition
What it brings together
Progesterone, estradiol and their derivatives, read according to your cycle day at collection. The time of the month is part of the reading.
The biomarkers involved

Cycle hormones

  • Progesterone
  • Estradiol (E2)

Progesterone derivatives

  • Pregnanediol
  • Allopregnanolone

Daily-life data

  • Your period dates
  • Wrist temperature
+ 11 other related biomarkers (17 in total)
What it does not replace
A prescribed hormone panel gives values with units and reference ranges. This reading does not confirm ovulation and does not assess your fertility.
What puts it in context
Your period dates in the TwinMe app, your birth control, your life stage and your collection conditions.
With your next kit
Compare your readings from one cycle to the next, with collections at the same moment of the cycle and dated daily-life data.
The 8 other Bio-Signatures in your edition follow the same thread. Available results depend on the usable data from your collection.

Testosterone Vitality

Key Hormones · Men's Edition
What it brings together
Testosterone, DHT and their precursors, read according to your age and your collection time. Your morning rhythm is part of the reading.
The biomarkers involved

Androgens

  • Testosterone
  • Dihydrotestosterone (DHT)

Precursors

  • Androstenedione
  • DHEA sulfate (DHEA-S)

Daily-life data

  • Wake-up and collection times
  • Sleep and awakenings
+ 11 other related biomarkers (17 in total)
What it does not replace
A prescribed hormone panel gives values with units and reference ranges. This reading does not give a testosterone level and sets no target.
What puts it in context
Your wake-up time, collection time, sleep, stress, recent activity and any hormones or supplements you take.
With your next kit
Compare readings from your next kit, with samples collected under the same conditions: in the morning, before 10 a.m., with no intense workout the day before.
The 8 other Bio-Signatures in your edition follow the same thread. Available results depend on the usable data from your collection.

Your questions. Your starting point.

Start with what
matters to you.

Your biological results are the starting point. Your cycle details or morning routine, your sleep data and any measurements you add provide context. Explore what each perspective can help you understand, and where its limits lie.

A woman sits cross-legged on a sofa, smiling as she checks her phone in a bright living room.

Your cycle, in context

What you experience.
What you log.

Your periods, mood, sleep and energy, logged in the TwinMe app, add context to your readings. The more cycles you track, the more personal your picture becomes.

Cycle tracking is personal and optional. The image illustrates the concept.

A man checks his watch at sunrise, holding a mug.

Your morning, in context

Your time.
Your rhythm.

Your wake-up time, sleep and recovery data, recorded in the TwinMe app or by your watch, add context to your readings from one kit to the next.

Watch data is optional. The image illustrates the concept.

Cycle, mood and energy

Why do my mood and energy change with my cycle?

Cycle Harmony and Mood & Energy Cycle read markers linked to your hormones, mood and comfort before your period. These readings do not establish the cause of what you feel. Your period dates, your nights and your stress add context.

Perimenopause, sleep and hot flashes

How can I better understand my sleep and hot flashes?

Perimenopause Compass and Sleep & Hot Flashes bring together hormone markers and night-rhythm markers. They do not place you at a menopause stage. Your cycles, your nights and your watch temperature, if you have one, add context.

Weight, skin and hair

Which links can I explore between my hormones, my weight and my appearance?

Weight & Hormones and Skin, Hair & Hormones read hormone and metabolic markers linked to these themes. They do not measure your body composition or predict changes in your hair. Your scale, your activity and your life stage add context.

Energy, desire and recovery

Why do I have less energy or drive than before?

Testosterone Vitality, Libido & Drive and Sleep & Testosterone read markers linked to androgens, desire and recovery. They do not give a hormone level or establish the cause of lower drive. Your age, your nights, your stress and your collection time add context.

Waistline and strength

How can I put my waistline and my strength in context?

Waistline & Hormones and Muscle & Strength read markers associated with hormones, glucose regulation and muscle maintenance. They do not quantify your muscles or your abdominal fat. Your body measurements, activity and recovery add context.

Hair

How can I track changes in my hair over time?

Hair & Hormones brings together markers linked to DHT and androgens. This reading does not predict changes in your hair. Your age, optional photos and comparisons between kits add context.

A woman and a man side by side in a bright living room, each with their virtual twin.Your personal reference, over time.

Connect your results with daily life.

Revisit your picture throughout your 12 months of access. Add your daily-life data (cycle, sleep, activity, measurements) and explore your questions with Twinee.

Compare with a new collection.

With 4 or 12 kits, each additional kit with usable data adds a point of comparison. Collect in the same window of your cycle or at the same time in the morning, and consider dates and conditions when interpreting changes.

Daily-life data does not create new biological readings. With one kit, you have a biological starting point. An observed change does not prove that a habit caused it.

Before you begin

A few clear
answers.

All questions
How is my edition chosen?

Based on the sex in your TwinMe profile. Each edition includes 9 Bio-Signatures in the same 3 pillars, with its own markers and its own collection timing.

Why collect at a specific time?

Your hormones vary across the cycle and the day. Collecting in the same window of your cycle, or in the morning before 10 a.m., makes your readings easier to compare from one kit to the next. The TwinMe app shows your collection days and sends a reminder the day before.

Can I take part if my cycle is irregular, if I use hormonal birth control or if I am past menopause?

Yes. You complete your 5 collections over 2 to 5 days, on the dates you choose, and the app records your context (cycle, birth control, hormones used). Keep conditions similar from one kit to the next.

Does the program provide my hormone levels?

No. Bio-Signatures are wellness readings based on biological profiles. They do not provide hormone concentrations and do not replace a prescribed hormone panel. Discuss your health questions with your healthcare professional.

Can I take part if I use hormones or supplements?

Yes. The hormones or supplements you take are part of the context for your readings and may influence your hormone markers: record them in your portal, and do not change any prescribed dose for collection. The program does not recommend products or dose changes. Those decisions are made with your healthcare professional.

Is period tracking mandatory?

No. It makes collection timing more precise, but it stays optional. You choose the daily-life data you add to TwinMe.

Can I give the program to my partner?

Yes. Each person uses their own TwinMe account and receives the edition that matches the sex in their profile.
