What happens after my included period?
Your included access applies first. After that, a paid plan is needed for paid features. Without a paid subscription, those features stop; your account is not automatically deleted.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. The monthly membership renews until cancelled. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period and no new payment is charged. Read the terms.
Who controls my information?
You choose what to share. BioTwin does not sell personal information. The Privacy Policy explains necessary service-provider sharing, retention and how to request deletion. Read the policy.
