Is my data protected?
Yes. BioTwin does not sell personal information. It may share personal information only with the providers, partners, and subcontractors needed to deliver the service, or when required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and personal information. BioTwin deletes or de-identifies data that no longer needs to be retained, subject to legal, regulatory, scientific, laboratory, security, and data-integrity obligations.

Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. After cancellation, your paid access remains active through the end of the period already paid, and no new payment is charged.
Is this medical advice?
No. TwinMe is a wellness tool. It gives no diagnosis and never replaces your doctor.
What happens after the 12 free months?
The access period included with your program applies first; no paid subscription is required before it ends. Without a paid subscription afterward, paid features stop. Your account and personal information are not automatically deleted; they are handled under the Privacy Policy, and you may request their deletion.
Can the price or my access change?
BioTwin may change the price with reasonable advance notice before the new price takes effect. BioTwin may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, abuse, or a breach of the Terms of Service.
