TwinMe is CA$9.95 per month, plus applicable taxes, and renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; paid access remains active through the end of the period already paid, and no new payment is charged after cancellation. Any TwinMe access period included with a BioTwin program applies first. Full refund within 24 hours of ordering; after 24 hours and before shipment, the amount paid is refunded less costs already incurred and non-recoverable, including credit-card, payment-processing, handling, preparation, and other reasonable costs incurred to process the order; no refund once the order or kit has shipped.
