That included period applies first; a paid subscription is required only afterward to continue paid access. The included period does not include a biological sample kit unless the research protocol says otherwise.

Not by default. Any included TwinMe access period follows the applicable research protocol. A biological sample kit is included only when that protocol says so; otherwise, it may be ordered separately.

No. TwinMe is a non-medical wellness experience. It does not provide concentrations, units, reference ranges, diagnosis, screening, treatment, or disease monitoring. TwinMe turns high-dimensional metabolic signals into proprietary Bio-Signatures and wellness scores.

If an unusual wellness pattern is identified, BioTwin may, depending on the context, analyze it and communicate certain observations to you. This does not constitute medical advice.

Yes. Your Bio-Signature data powers each TwinMe wellness program. Health Optimization, Weight Management, Healthspan / Longevity, and Apex Sport Performance are distinct programs, and each paid plan includes the biological update kit cadence for the program you choose.

BioTwin recommends every 3 months for proper longitudinal tracking. The Quarterly Plan includes 4 kits automatically shipped each quarter. The Monthly Plan includes one kit every month for higher resolution. The minimum cadence for meaningful trajectories is once a year.

Complete 360° (Elite Health Optimization) is our full program built on six pillars: Psychosocial Wellbeing, Nutrition and Microbiome, Physical Activity, Stress and Resilience, Sleep and Recovery, and Environmental Exposures. You can start the complete program at $995 (regular value $1,300, a 23% saving) or begin with individual pillars from $95. Complete 360° is available as a one-time / annual plan at $995, a quarterly plan at $3,195 per year, or a monthly plan at $7,795 per year.

The Quarterly Plan includes 4 BioTwin biological update kits per year for each selected program, shipped quarterly and paid upfront. For Health Optimization it is $3,195 per year, a 20% saving; Weight Management and Longevity have their own program prices.

The Monthly Plan includes 12 BioTwin biological update kits per year for each selected program, one per month, paid upfront for the highest-resolution biological updates. Apex Sport Performance is a separate 12-month program with 52 weekly kits and two payment choices: $4,745 per month or $49,995 paid upfront for the year.

Not really. Most consumer wellness trackers focus on one narrow category and usually remain separate reports. BioTwin is designed differently. Instead of giving you one isolated panel, BioTwin combines Bio-Signature analysis, biometrics, lifestyle questionnaires, longitudinal tracking, and the files you choose to upload into one personalized TwinMe dashboard. That means BioTwin is not simply a cheaper way to buy many separate tools. It is a different product category: a personalized virtual twin that becomes more useful as your data accumulates over time.

The Health Bracelet covers heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, blood pressure, blood oxygen, temperature, ECG/PPG, and activity. It is IP67 waterproof and feeds into your virtual twin in real time. An advanced TwinMe Smartwatch is in development; leave your email on the store page to be notified.

Cancer Risk Program is a non-medical wellness score. It uses lifestyle inputs, family history, wearable signals, and metabolic lifestyle Bio-Signatures to estimate modifiable lifestyle-linked risk patterns. It does not detect cancer, does not screen for cancer, does not use cancer biomarkers, and does not replace clinical screening or medical advice.

Once your sample is received in the lab, processing takes between 1 and 8 weeks depending on assay turnaround. We notify you as soon as your portal updates. In the meantime, your virtual twin starts learning from your onboarding profile and your wearable data.

Within 24 hours after placing your order, you receive a full refund. After 24 hours but before shipment, the refund is the amount paid less costs already incurred and not recoverable, including credit-card, payment, handling, preparation, or other reasonable order-processing costs. Once the order or kit has shipped, no refund is available.

Yes. You can show your portal to your doctor. For specific support sharing your results, write to us, we will help.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. BioTwin does not sell personal information. It may share personal information only with the providers, partners, and subcontractors needed to deliver the service, or when required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy. Our Data Protection Officer is Louis Philippe Noel; you can reach the DPO at dpo @ biotwin.ai for any privacy request, including access, correction, or deletion of your data.

Yes. You can request deletion of your account and personal information. BioTwin deletes or de-identifies data that no longer needs to be retained, subject to legal, regulatory, scientific, laboratory, security, and data-integrity obligations.
