Yes. Your Bio-Signature data powers each TwinMe wellness program. Health Optimization, Weight and Cholesterol Management, Healthspan / Longevity, and Apex Sport Performance are distinct programs, and each paid plan includes the biological update kit cadence for the program you choose.

Start with one assessment, or choose quarterly or monthly updates to add comparison points over the year. Follow the collection instructions provided with your program. Apex uses its own weekly protocol.

The Quarterly Plan includes 4 biological update kits per year for each selected program: one kit each quarter, paid upfront. Prices depend on the program and are shown in the store.

The Monthly Plan includes 12 biological update kits per year for each selected program: one per month, paid upfront. Apex is a separate 12-month program with 52 weekly kits and upfront or monthly payment options. Monthly payment does not change the Apex kit rhythm.

After your sample is received at the laboratory, processing takes 1 to 8 weeks depending on the analysis. This period does not include shipping. We notify you when your portal is updated. Meanwhile, you can add your profile and compatible device data.

Shipping and return shipping are included in Canada. International ordering is available; delivery options and charges are confirmed before payment. Contact us if you need help with an international shipment.

No. TwinMe is a non-medical wellness experience. It does not provide concentrations, units, reference ranges, diagnosis, screening, treatment, or disease monitoring. TwinMe turns high-dimensional metabolic signals into proprietary Bio-Signatures and wellness scores.

If an unusual wellness pattern is identified, BioTwin may, depending on the context, analyze it and communicate certain observations to you. This does not constitute medical advice.

TwinMe connects your program’s Bio-Signatures with biometrics, lifestyle questionnaires, repeated biological updates and the files you choose to upload. You can return to your results with this personal context in one place.

The bracelet adds everyday context such as activity, sleep and heart-related readings. Available measurements and compatibility depend on the device model. Devices are optional and sold separately; review the current specifications in the store before choosing.

No. TwinMe programs provide non-medical wellness information and do not detect or screen for cancer. BioTwin’s medical oncology applications, including clinical decision support (CDSS), are separate and accessed through healthcare professionals in authorized clinical settings. They are not included with a TwinMe wellness purchase.

Yes. You can show your portal to your doctor. For specific support sharing your results, write to us, we will help.

Within 24 hours after placing your order, you receive a full refund. After 24 hours but before shipment, the refund is the amount paid less costs already incurred and not recoverable, including credit-card, payment, handling, preparation, or other reasonable order-processing costs. Once the order or kit has shipped, no refund is available.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. BioTwin does not sell personal information. It may share personal information only with the providers, partners, and subcontractors needed to deliver the service, or when required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy. Our Data Protection Officer is Louis Philippe Noel; you can reach the DPO at dpo @ biotwin.ai for any privacy request, including access, correction, or deletion of your data.

Yes. You can request deletion of your account and personal information. BioTwin deletes or de-identifies data that no longer needs to be retained, subject to legal, regulatory, scientific, laboratory, security, and data-integrity obligations.
