BioTwin recommends every 3 months for proper longitudinal tracking. The Annual Plan includes 4 kits automatically shipped each quarter. The minimum cadence for meaningful trajectories is once a year.

The Launch offer gives the first 1,000 paid kits access to the BioTwin Kit for $295. The standard BioTwin Kit value is $599. The Launch offer includes your at-home collection kit, BioTwin biological analysis, your TwinMe dashboard, and 3 months of one selected wellness program: Healthspan, Elite Human Optimization, Weight Management, or Cancer Risk.

The Annual Plan includes 4 BioTwin kits per year, shipped quarterly. The standard annual value is $2,395. When paid upfront, the Annual Plan is $1,775 and includes all 4 TwinMe programs for 12 months.

Free $0 accounts are available for approved BioTwin research project participants. Research participants can complete their questionnaire and begin building their profile. Kits are purchased separately unless included by the research protocol.

Each kit supports advanced biological analysis, personalized interpretation, questionnaire and lifestyle context, biometric integration, and your TwinMe dashboard. The goal is not only to show isolated biomarkers, but to help build a longitudinal biological twin personalized to you.

Not really. Most consumer at-home tests focus on one narrow category, such as hormones, cholesterol, food sensitivity, thyroid, fertility, gut health, or vitamins. Many individual tests cost between about $49 and $299 depending on the category, and they usually remain separate reports. BioTwin is designed differently. Instead of giving you one isolated panel, BioTwin combines advanced biological analysis, biometrics, lifestyle questionnaires, longitudinal tracking, and the medical files you choose to upload into one personalized TwinMe dashboard. That means BioTwin is not simply a cheaper way to buy many separate tests. It is a different product category: a personalized biological twin that becomes more useful as your data accumulates over time.

The Health Bracelet covers heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, blood pressure, blood oxygen, temperature, ECG/PPG, and activity. It is IP67 waterproof and feeds into your virtual twin in real time. An advanced TwinMe Smartwatch is in development; leave your email on the store page to be notified.

No. TwinMe does NOT perform cancer screening and does NOT detect cancer. TwinMe includes the Cancer Risk Program, a non-medical wellness program that helps you understand your modifiable cancer risk profile across six cancers using lifestyle, history, wearable signals, and metabolic lifestyle signature. It does not replace clinical screening or a conversation with your doctor. With the Launch offer, the Cancer Risk Program is included free for the first 3 months; after that, you can keep it for $5/month, or switch to the Annual Plan that includes all four programs for 12 months. A separate, clinician-facing Cancer Screening Decision Assistance Tool (CDSS) is in research at BioTwin, currently live with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. As a TwinMe consumer, you cannot purchase or use the CDSS directly.

Once your sample is received in the lab, processing takes between 1 and 8 weeks depending on assay turnaround. We notify you as soon as your portal updates. In the meantime, your virtual twin starts learning from your onboarding profile and your wearable data.

Yes. Within 14 days of purchase, if your kit has not shipped, you receive a full refund. Once your kit ships, the kit and any processed lab work are non-refundable. On the Annual Plan, you can cancel future quarterly kits before they ship.

Yes. You can show your portal to your doctor. For specific support sharing your results, write to us, we will help.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with Quebec's Loi 25 (Law 25), which is one of North America's strictest personal information protection frameworks. We do not share or sell your personal data. Our Data Protection Officer is Louis Philippe Noel; you can reach the DPO at dpo @ biotwin.ai for any privacy request, including access, correction, or deletion of your data.

Yes. Account deletion is one click in your portal under Settings · Data. Deletion removes your personal profile, biological marker history, and report archive within 30 days.
