A biological kit is included only when the protocol says so.

Yes. Your Bio-Signature data powers each TwinMe wellness program. Elite Health Optimization, Weight and Cholesterol Management, Longevity, and Apex Sport Performance are distinct programs, and each formula includes the biological update kits of the program you choose: 1, 4 or 12 kits, or 52 kits a year for Apex, paced by each athlete’s training.

Start with 1 kit, or choose 4 or 12 kits to add comparison points over the year. Follow the collection instructions provided with your program. Apex uses its own protocol: 52 kits a year, paced by your training.

The 4-kit formula includes 4 biological update kits per year for each selected program: one kit each season. Upfront payment is available. Women's & Men's Health and Longevity also offer payment per kit every three months in the English and French store. Prices depend on the program and are shown in the store.

The 12-kit formula includes 12 biological update kits per year for each selected program: one per month. Upfront payment is available. Women's & Men's Health and Longevity also offer monthly payment per kit in the English and French store. Apex is a separate 12-month program with 52 kits a year, paced by each athlete’s training plan, and upfront or monthly payment options. Monthly payment does not change the number of Apex kits.

Your results arrive 3 to 8 weeks after we receive your sample. We notify you when your portal is updated. Meanwhile, you can add your profile and compatible device data.

Shipping and return shipping are included in Canada. International ordering is available; delivery options and charges are confirmed before payment. Contact us if you need help with an international shipment.

Contact go@biotwin.ai. We help you and replace a defective kit or the kit needed to collect a new sample when the sample cannot be used, at no charge for the kit. Shipping charges may apply case by case, with your prior agreement to the amount. No charge applies where the law requires a remedy at no cost. Your statutory warranties and remedies remain available.

No. TwinMe is a non-medical wellness experience. It does not provide concentrations, units, reference ranges, diagnosis, screening, treatment, or disease monitoring. TwinMe turns high-dimensional metabolic signals into proprietary Bio-Signatures and wellness scores.

A characteristic of your body that is measured and tells us something about how it works. It can come from a few drops of dried blood, and also from your watch or your scale: heart rate, sleep, weight. That is the recognized meaning of the term, which is not limited to blood. Our statistical algorithm reads several biomarkers together to compute your Bio-Signatures; your questionnaire answers add context.

If an unusual wellness pattern is identified, BioTwin may, depending on the context, study it and communicate certain observations to you. This does not constitute medical advice.

TwinMe connects your program’s Bio-Signatures with biometrics, lifestyle questionnaires, repeated biological updates and the files you choose to upload. You can return to your results with this personal context in one place.

The bracelet adds everyday context such as activity, sleep and heart-related readings. Available measurements and compatibility depend on the device model. Devices are optional and sold separately; review the current specifications in the store before choosing.

No. TwinMe programs provide non-medical wellness information and do not detect or screen for cancer. BioTwin’s clinical oncology applications, including clinical decision support (CDSS), are separate and accessed through healthcare professionals in authorized clinical settings. They are not included with a TwinMe wellness purchase.

Yes. You can show your portal to your doctor. For specific support sharing your results, write to us, we will help.

Within 24 hours after placing your order, you receive a full refund. After 24 hours but before shipment, the refund is the amount paid less costs already incurred and not recoverable, including credit-card, payment, handling, preparation, or other reasonable order-processing costs. Once the order or kit has shipped, no refund is available. If a prepaid formula is stopped, kits already shipped are counted at the regular price and the rest is refunded, less those costs. This change-of-mind rule does not limit statutory warranties, remedies for a service that is not provided, or the assistance for defective kits and unusable samples.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. BioTwin does not sell personal information. It may share personal information with the providers, partners, and subcontractors needed to deliver the service, with Google, Hotjar, and Meta for audience measurement and advertising, or when required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy. On our websites, these measurement and advertising tools are active by default, never receive your questionnaire answers or your results, and can be refused at any time with the "Manage my cookies" link. Our Data Protection Officer is Louis Philippe Noel; you can reach the DPO at dpo @ biotwin.ai for any privacy request, including access, correction, or deletion of your data.

Yes. You can request deletion of your account and personal information. BioTwin deletes or de-identifies data that no longer needs to be retained, subject to legal, regulatory, scientific, laboratory, security, and data-integrity obligations.
