Do you ship internationally?
International orders are handled by request. Contact us and we will confirm whether TwinMe can be shipped to your region and provide the applicable shipping cost.
Can I cancel or refund my order?
TwinMe kits are prepared for individual use, and all sales are final once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout. Full details are available in our Terms of Sale.
Is the Cancer Risk Program a medical screening?
No. The Cancer Risk Program is a non-medical, prevention-oriented cancer risk profile for consumer risk awareness. It is not a diagnostic test and not a substitute for clinical screening. A separate, clinician-facing Cancer Screening Decision Support tool is in development for approved clinical settings on the BioTwin side.
