Weight and Cholesterol Management
Your weight, lipid balance and food habits gain context from your biology and your daily life.
The program provides non-medical wellness information. It helps you explore questions about weight, lipid balance and food habits.
Biological results depend on usable data from your samples. The program does not guarantee weight loss or lower cholesterol.

Your twin connects the information
Your Bio-Signatures, measurements and daily context come together in TwinMe.
The virtual twin brings together information from different sources. Its nature and date remain important.
The body representation is illustrative. It does not measure each of your organs.

What is a Bio-Signature?
A Bio-Signature combines several biomarkers to shed light on a specific aspect of biology.
A Bio-Signature also considers relationships between measurements for a defined question. An individual biomarker remains useful in its context.
The program presents seven perspectives to help you understand your journey. These seven perspectives are not seven new scores.
Seven perspectives on your journey
Weight, silhouette, lipids, muscles, hunger, food and energy.
These seven themes structure the published program. They do not represent seven new biological scores.
The following screens explain each theme, including sources and limits.

Weight & body composition
Weight and body composition measurements complement your Bio-Signatures. Each piece of information retains its source and date.
Composition-related Bio-Signatures provide biological context. They do not directly measure weight, body fat or hydration.
Body measurements come from appropriate devices and identifiable methods. They are not automatically included with the sample.
Silhouette & fat distribution
A photo documents appearance. A body measurement provides different information. Keep these two perspectives distinct.
Illustrative photo. Personal body photos are optional.
A photo does not measure visceral fat. Body photos are not required to receive your biological results.
Standardized photo comparison and body-area analysis are development directions, not included measurement services.
Cholesterol & lipid balance
The lipid balance Bio-Signature sheds light on lipid metabolism, a perspective to consider alongside your everyday habits.
No clinical LDL or HDL measurement.
The lipid balance Bio-Signature does not provide LDL or HDL concentrations or a cardiovascular risk assessment.
A clinical lipid panel and a health professional’s advice remain separate. The program does not guarantee lower cholesterol.

Muscles & strength
Activity, strength and available body measurements add context to your biological results.
The sample does not directly measure muscle. Body measurements come from an appropriate device.
Lean mass includes more than muscle. Keep the method and source of each measurement when comparing your data.
Hunger & food cravings
Meals, schedules, sleep and stress can help describe your routine and the questions you want to explore.
Everyday context is optional. The information you choose to add helps describe situations.
This context does not establish the causes of hunger or provide a validated appetite score.

Food priorities that fit you
Protein, fibre and fats: connect your food questions with your results, usual meals and preferences.
Biological information helps frame your food questions. Your meals and preferences add context without constituting a prescribed diet.
With Twinee, you can explore questions using the available information. An automatic meal plan is not guaranteed; individual nutrition prescriptions require a qualified professional.

Metabolism & energy
Measured metabolites contribute to Bio-Signatures that shed light on metabolism, energy and the microbiome.
A metabolite is a small molecule used, transformed or produced by your body.
Biological information does not directly measure basal metabolic rate or daily calorie expenditure. Perceived energy and recovery are separate context, if you choose to record them.

Your year with TwinMe
During your 12 months with TwinMe, return to your results and add the habits or measurements you choose to share.
The annual program includes 12 months of TwinMe access, with a choice of 1, 4 or 12 kits.
One kit provides a biological starting point. New results depend on new usable samples; platform access does not create a new measurement each month.
Daily life adds context
Meals, sleep, activity and how you feel help put changes in perspective.
You choose which daily information you add to TwinMe.
A meal photo or connected-device reading adds context. It does not replace a biological sample.

Compare over time
A new usable sample adds a biological data point. When comparing, look at the source, date and conditions.
Compare results from identifiable sources under similar measurement or sampling conditions. Everyday information does not create new biological measurements.
An observed change does not prove that a habit caused it. Missing or insufficient data do not mean progress or decline.
Understanding your wellness journey
Context to support you over time.
